Kyra has been a personal trainer in the Columbia area for over 15 years. She knew from a young age she wanted to work in the health and wellness field. As a collegiate athlete she worked with and learned from some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in South Carolina. Having a passion for both sports medicine and biomechanics she majored in Athletic Training and had a minor in Exercise Science. She loves being able to help her clients build strength and prevent injury through biomechanics.

Homegrown in Forest Acres, Kasey graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fl with a degree in Biology in 2012. From there she returned to SC and earned her doctorate of physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2015. It was here that Kasey discovered her passion for exercise and obtained her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS). Her love for the mountains and the outdoors pulled her to Salt Lake City, Utah where she spent 4 years specializing in hand and upper extremity treatment under the direction of a certified hand therapist (CHT).

Tory Morton is originally from Valencia California, following High School Graduation, Tory began a Professional Ballet Dance Career in Columbia SC. For 14 years Tory danced throughout the East coast and performed over 1000 shows on the Koger Center stage alone. Injuries led to an early retirement and a trip back to school. Tory enrolled in Midlands Technical College and graduated from the accredited PTA program with an Associate in Science in 2006. Tory became a Licensed PTA in January 2007, is an Eagle Scout, Permaculture Designer, Beekeeper, amateur Disc Golfer and Husband to Erin Elizabeth Morton.

He has experience training a wide range of age groups and skill levels, most recently, strength and conditioning for UofSC athletes, ROTC, and JROTC cadets. Cade’s training philosophy is founded on the belief that everyone stands to benefit from enhancing the underlying processes of human movement. He focuses on individual development, performance, and technique, as well as, overall athletic enhancement at a developmentally appropriate pace.
