Kaitlin McCandlish, BS, ISSA, RYT-200

Kaitlin is a certified personal trainer and 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She is an avid fitness and nutrition enthusiast who practices what she preaches. She spends most of her time running, practicing yoga, cooking her farmers market finds, and training her clients.

Kaitlin believes that the foundation of health and wellness begins with what you are eating. She has an equal love for veggies as she does chocolate, finding a balance is the key.
