Kyle Silvey, MS, CSCS, RPR, USAW

Kyle Silvey has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) since 2012. During that time he has worked with a wide range of athletes, from tactical personnel to collegiate and elite high-school athletes. Using evidence-based approaches, his training focuses on functional full-body exercises and promoting longevity through durability. Kyle holds a Masters of Science in Sports Science from Hofstra University and is a current Ph.D. Candidate at the University of South Carolina where he is studying Sports Science. Kyle is also certified through the United States Weight Lifting Association as a Sports Performance Coach and as a RPR Level 1 coach from Reflexive Performance Reset.
