Almost a year ago I came to Pinnacle at the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon. Many years of incorrectly lifting weights led to some shoulder issues which needed correcting if I was to continue weight training. Working with Kyra not only has increased my strength but I’ve done so without further injury to my shoulder! She’s extremely knowledgeable and very fun to workout with. Even though the 30 minutes sessions are not long they are non-stop. I leave there feeling like I’ve really had a great workout! Looking forward to many more years of training with Kyra! For more than a year of often-severe nerve pain, I had taken and was taking, prescriptions specifically for that kind of pain. I had epidurals approximately a year apart, hoping the second injection would “work” (stop the pain for a while). Like the first one, the second didn’t alleviate or even lessen my pain. Thankfully the therapists at Pinnacle Physical Therapy and Personal Training knew how to help me. The environment there was professional, compassionate, and positive.The space itself and the scheduling were well organized. It was obvious that the team members work well together and are committed to their clients’ well-being. Bottom line, I was comfortable there. Every time I went. The sessions were productive. A sequence of stretches I was shown during the first couple of visits have remained a relatively easy “go to” when the pain finds me now. During each visit I enjoyed some body work after warming up, stretches and other exercises. I’ve had enough body work in my life to know when I’m in capable hands. With Tory and Kasey, I was in more-than-competent hands. They had studied my MRI report and would review that and notes from the previous visit before each visit, sometimes as I was warming up. From the first time I stopped by, Sarah (Pinnacle receptionist-administrative-clerical angel) could not have been nicer or more helpful. Her helpful efficiency continued from that day until I “graduated.” I’m happy to recommend Pinnacle Physical Therapy and Personal Training to anyone struggling, as I was, with a lot of pain.
